  • S'MORES & CAMPFIRE

    Create cherished memories with our exclusive Family Time S'mores Experience at Owl's House! Nothing says summer like gathering under the stars around a fire and toasting marshmallows.

    Allow us to set the stage for your perfect evening – just let us know your preferred time, and we'll prepare a cozy, inviting fire in the private firepit, exclusively for Owl's House guests. No need to worry about gathering supplies.

    Included: All the essentials for a delightful s'mores experience, including roasting sticks, marshmallows, graham crackers, locally crafted chocolate bars, a Bluetooth speaker for your favorite tunes, and warm blankets to snuggle up with as the evening unfolds. We recommend downloading Skyview to view the stars.

  • THE RANCH BONFIRE

    Nothing quite captures vacationing in the country like a bonfire. Enjoy spectacular views of distant mountains and grazing horses while sitting around a traditional 10’ stone firepit. Perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.

    Includes: We set up the bonfire and light it for you, provide additional wood and extinguish the fire at the end of the night. Seating with cozy blankets and Bluetooth party speaker.

    $200. Guests of 100 Acre Wood Exclusive. Max 6 guests.

    Add on a gourmet charcuterie platter:
    Platter for 2: $100 /Platter for 4: $185.

    Events and Parties of more than 6 can be arranged separately through host. Fire is prohibited during high winds & drought.

  • EN PLEIN AIR PAINTING

    Experience the idyllic beauty of our farm with a delightful day immersed in nature and creativity. Pack a picnic to enjoy amidst the tranquility, and let your artistic side flourish with an En Plein Air painting session. Capture the essence of the farm on canvas, as you find inspiration in the landscapes and serenity that surrounds you.

    May-October, weather permitting.

    $75 to rent the easel for the day: comes with 1 canvas board, acrylic/oil, brushes, brush cleaner, hand rag and palette paper. Brushes should be cleaned and returned inside easel, neat and tidy.

    $300 Private 3 hr Session
    Up to two people per session with local North Stonington artist. Includes instruction and supplies.

  • THE FARM STORE PICNIC

    Come the spring, The Farm Store at 100 Acre Wood is brimming with delicious flavors from the pasture meats that come right from the farm to local honey, cheese, charcuterie meats, salsa, chips, gourmet sodas, and more.

    Let us curate a beautiful basket for you to enjoy here on the farm or forest or take to your destination for the day. Comes with napkins, utensils, disposable plates and a picnic blanket.

    Available June-October

    Baskets range from $65 Picnic for 2 to $300 for picnics for 6. We are happy to accommodate restrictions and allergies and most omnivore diets.

    To complete the experience, treat yourself to a side of our delectable potato salad, made with fresh mayonnaise, celery, onions, paprika, and boiled pasture-raised eggs. Year-Round Activities

  • CAMP FIRES

    Use of the firepit & blankets are for guest use. Marshmallow sticks are abundant and free in the woods and part of the adventure. A portable speaker is available upon request. Quiet time after 9:30pm. Extinguish the fire & return the blankets to the house. Suggested App: Skyview.

    For safety, notify Kim in advance. Fires during none drought and low wind conditions only.

  • LAWN GAMES

    We have stocked the basement of Owl’s House with some lawn games that are available for guest use. We request that all games be treated as if they were your own and returned in original bags after play to keep them in good condition for future guests. A Bluetooth portable speaker is available upon request.

  • WALKS WITH GOATS

    Stanley & Dahlila are our farm’s two pet goats. Their job on the farm is to eat weeds, but when they’re off duty, they love to get out for a stroll. Stanley walks well on a lead and wherever he goes, Dahlila is sure to follow. Enjoy walks through the woods. On occasion, Piglet will tag along, and the labs Gidget & Margie love to join.

  • BIRD WATCHING & WOODSY HIKE

    This historic homestead farm and forest is home to a wide range of northern native birds, including owls, bald eagles, hawks, and songbirds. Guests staying at the farm are welcome to borrow two Nikon binoculars and a bird identifier guide. Suggest early mornings or evenings.
