At 100 Acre Wood, we’re about healthy animals raised on high-quality forage and feed to produce exceptional, nutrient-dense meat and eggs. Our own Texas Longhorn cattle are forage-fed and free of added hormones and antibiotics. We’ve curated a gourmet selection of locally-made, small-batch products to ensure that everything in our store supports healthy agro-ecosystems and small-batch and family-owned. Experience the bounty of our farm with our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program! As a member, you'll receive a variety of forage-fed meats, raised right here on our farm. Our Texas Longhorn beef is not only packed with flavor but is considered one of the most heart-healthy proteins on Earth. Our heritage chickens, too, are raised on pasture, fresh air, and sunshine, yielding the tastiest meat and eggs.
From May to December, our Bounty Boxes include certified Texas Longhorn forage-fed beef, and heritage-bred pasture chicken in a variety of choice cuts like steaks, sirloin, 90/10 lean ground beef, roasts, shanks, brisket, butterfly and whole birds. As a bonus, subscribers will enjoy our pasture eggs, our seasonal preserves, recipes, and handcrafted spice blends starting in July.
Enhance your experience with optional Add-Ons like sourdough bread (loaves & dough), dairy products (yogurt, milk, cheese), and farm-fresh produce (seasonal selection). Plus, all subscribers receive a 10% discount on food items at the Farm Store plus discounts on future Ranch Dinner events, in late summer and fall. Choose between two box sizes, each filled with a variety of seasonal, sustainable cuts. Our CSA subscribers enjoy a diverse selection, including premium cuts like steaks and sirloin, along with everyday favorites such as roasts, 90/10 lean ground beef, osso bucco, brisket, and butterfly or whole birds. Chicken will be available three times during our CSA season.
Each box is accompanied by our flavorful pastured eggs, inspiring recipes, and our own handcrafted seasonings. Opt for the whole box subscription, and you'll receive one of our delicious jams, salsas, relishes, or tapenades each month.
